How to Delete Your Account Data
If you signed up for WhatsCheap using your Facebook account and would like to delete your account data, we provide two simple options below.
Option 1: Self-Service
Delete your account directly through your account settings.
- 1Log in to your account at whatscheap.com.au
- 2Navigate to your account settings
- 3Click on “Delete Account”
- 4Confirm the deletion request
Option 2: Contact Us
Can't access your account? Email us directly.
Include in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Your Facebook User ID (if known)
- Subject: “Data Deletion Request”
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request data deletion, we will permanently remove:
Processing Timeline
We will process your data deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully deleted.
Important: Permanent Action
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, you will need to create a new account if you wish to use WhatsCheap again.
