## Description

The CyberPower Rack/Tower EBM (Extended Battery Module) is a dedicated power expansion unit designed specifically for use with the CyberPower OL5KERTHD and OL6KERTHD online double-conversion UPS systems. This unit provides additional runtime for critical infrastructure, ensuring sustained power availability during extended mains outages. The module operates at a nominal voltage of 144VDC and features a capacity of 55Ah. It is housed in a versatile rack/tower convertible chassis, allowing for flexible installation within standard 19-inch server racks or as a standalone floor-standing unit. The EBM connects directly to the compatible UPS to automatically extend battery backup duration for sensitive equipment, such as network servers, telecommunications hardware, and industrial control systems.
