Qantas is releasing a batch of Points Planes where every seat in every cabin can be booked as a Classic Flight Reward, and you've only got a three-day window to grab one.

  • Booking opens 9:00 AM AEDT on 6 November 2026 and shuts 11:59 PM AEDT on 8 November 2026
  • Tokyo from January 2027: Business Class one-way from 82,100 points + A$378 (e.g. Brisbane to Narita), with Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane routes available
  • Paris from February to March 2027: Premium Economy one-way from 124,700 points + A$435 (e.g. Sydney to Paris via Singapore)
  • Hobart from January 2027: Economy one-way from just 9,200 points + A$61 (e.g. Melbourne to Hobart)
  • Book online by logging into your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, selecting 'Rewards' and looking for the Classic Flight Reward ribbon

Keep in mind that taxes, fees and carrier charges are charged on top of your points and can change, these rewards don't earn points or status credits unless you have Points Club, and seats are capacity controlled on the listed Qantas-operated flights only. Short on points? You can top up your balance or transfer between 1,500 and 600,000 points from eligible family members.
