LEOFOTO 60CM Horizontal Panorama Carbon Fibre Column

The Leofoto HC-32 is a carbon fiber center column system designed for tripods without built-in center columns. This horizontal panoramic extension provides versatile positioning with 360-degree rotation capability and 180-degree vertical tilt adjustment, allowing seamless transitions between landscape and portrait orientations. Constructed from lightweight yet durable carbon fiber, the HC-32 features a mounting platform with a reversible 1/4-20 to 3/8-16 mounting stud and three set screws to securely attach tripod heads while preventing rotation. The opposite end incorporates a fully rotatable weight hook that maintains upward orientation when the column is horizontal, accommodating sandbags, equipment bags, or other ballast for enhanced stability. The HC-32 model measures 610 mm in height with a 32 mm tube diameter and a 54 mm mounting platform diameter, supporting maximum loads up to 12 kg while weighing only 520 g. Additional features include precision numbered index scales for accurate positioning, an anti-twist system to prevent mounted equipment from rotating, a built-in bubble level for precise leveling, and a hollowed-out design that reduces overall weight without compromising structural integrity. The system's base diameter measures 46 mm, ensuring compatibility with various tripod models. This center column system offers photographers and videographers enhanced flexibility in camera positioning while maintaining the stability and reliability required for professional imaging applications. The carbon fiber construction provides an excellent strength-to-weight ratio, making it suitable for field use where portability and durability are essential considerations. The reversible mounting studs accommodate various equipment configurations, while the comprehensive adjustment capabilities enable precise camera positioning for diverse shooting scenarios.
