The tonearm height can be adjusted within a range of six millimeters to accommodate a variety of cartridges. Once the tonearm reaches the inner end of the record, the auto-lift raises the tonearm. This prevents unnecessary wear on both your valuable records and the cartridge, enhancing user comfort. By embedding the auto-lifter function into the tonearm base, shocks to the tonearm are avoided.
