This massager is designed to provide the localized relief and recovery through the traditional Chinese medicine practice of cupping. You digitally adjust how strongly you want the cup to suck on the skin and choose from three temperature settings and three vibration intensities. Leave the cup in place for a minute or so to feel a gentle myofascial release, then shift it a few inches over to a new spot.( For safety, the device will shut off on its own if you leave it in place for three minutes.)
