Garmin HRM-Fit™ Heart Monitor

Purpose-built for women, HRM-Fit is the heart rate monitor you need to capture the important metrics — all with a comfortable clip-on design. The clip-on design easily and comfortably attaches to medium- and high-support sports bras. So move freely and sweat it out — HRM-Fit is with you all the way. The HRM-Fit heart rate monitor transmits accurate real-time heart rate and performance data to your compatible Garmin smartwatches and Edge cycling computers, compatible fitness equipment, the Tacx Training app and other apps When paired to your compatible Garmin smartwatch1, HRM-Fit captures running dynamics — such as vertical oscillation, ground contact time balance, stride length, vertical ratio and more — to help improve your form Move how you choose. This monitor provides accurate heart rate data for various activities, including running, indoor and outdoor cycling, strength training, HIIT, fitness classes and more. For your indoor track or treadmill sessions, this heart rate monitor transmits pace and distance to your compatible Garmin smartwatch1, so you can get the data you need no matter where you train During workouts such as strength training and HIIT, you can start and stop an activity on your compatible Garmin smartwatch1. Even if you remove your watch and leave it out of range, HRM-Fit stores the data then sends it to your watch when your activity is saved. If you aren’t wearing your watch, the heart rate monitor captures steps, calories burned, intensity minutes and all-day heart rate. It even updates all your Garmin devices via the Garmin Connect smartphone app. Don’t worry about running out of juice. The HRM-Fit monitor gets up to 1 year of battery life.
