Insinkerator HotTap Filtered Boiling & Ambient Water

The InSinkErator HotTap is a dual-handle kitchen tap system designed to provide both filtered near-boiling water and filtered ambient water directly from the sink. This Australian-compliant model operates on a standard 230V/50Hz power supply and includes a compact stainless steel tank that fits neatly under the bench. The system features a 2.5-litre tank capacity, capable of delivering water at temperatures adjustable between 88°C and 98°C. The tap assembly requires a standard 35mm mounting hole for installation. It is engineered to streamline common kitchen tasks, such as preparing hot beverages, blanching vegetables, or cleaning kitchenware, by eliminating the need to wait for a kettle to boil. The integrated filtration system improves water quality by reducing chlorine, lead, and other impurities. This unit is intended for residential kitchen use, offering a consistent supply of hot and ambient water for daily cooking and drinking requirements.
