Turn up the heat for recipes such as fruit rolls and beef jerky. Six large drying trays With six large drying trays, you can dry a smorgasbord of fruits in one go for greater time and energy efficiency. Remove shelves to make room when leavening bread or culturing yogurt, or when drying a generous bunch of grapes.
