Yale FaceScan technology uses 3D structured light for advanced face recognition, delivering fast, secure, and touch-free access. With unlocking speeds as quick as a blink and a false acceptance rate below 0.001%, it’s built for both precision and reliability. In the event your battery goes flat, you have a mechanical key override. The lock also comes with a Lithium-ion battery for longer battery life, and can be controlled through the Yale Home module, included with the YDM series.
